Judge Brown serves in the Family Court of the First Circuit, where he has presided over the Domestic (Divorce) Division, Juvenile Division, and Juvenile Drug Court.
We appreciate Judge Brown for sharing his experiences and offering our members valuable insight into Hawaiʻi’s Family Court system and the important role it plays in supporting youth and families facing difficult challenges.
