Aloha Rotary Club of Kahala Sunrise,
I am honored and excited to serve as your President for the 2026–2027 Rotary year.
First, I would like to thank last year's President, Sherman, Past President Calvin, and the entire 2025–2026 Board for your guidance, support, and friendship as I prepared to take on this role. I am also incredibly grateful to our incoming Board for their commitment and willingness to serve. I look forward to working alongside such a dedicated group of leaders as we continue building on our Club's success.
This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Rotary Club of Kahala Sunrise. Reaching this milestone is a testament to the service, fellowship, and impact our members have made over the past two decades. I am excited to celebrate this achievement with all of you throughout the year, including at our signature fundraiser and other special events.
I am also thrilled that we are beginning the year by welcoming several new members into our Rotary family. It is wonderful to see our ʻohana continue to grow and bring new energy and ideas to our Club.
This year's Rotary theme, "Create Lasting Impact," reminds us that the strength of our Club comes from the dedication and passion of its members. As we continue to grow, I want to ensure that Rotary remains meaningful for all of us and that we continue to focus on the projects and causes that inspire us.
As we celebrate our first 20 years, I look forward to building on our momentum, strengthening our impact, and helping shape the next 20 years of service for the Rotary Club of Kahala Sunrise.
