Kristi O'Heron has been practicing law for over 15 years. Prior to joining ALTRES, Kristi specialized in labor and employment law for 14 years. She was formerly the Managing Partner at Marr Jones & Wang, where she advised employers on compliance and employee and labor relations. She has also represented countless national and local employers in litigation and other employment matters. Kristi brings a practical, business-focused approach to ALTRES, shaped by years of experience guiding employers through day-to-day and complex workplace challenges.
